what i'd do differently

I would like to have done some full scene sketches, refined the character designs, and worked more on the shading style, possibly scanning the first lines, coloring, then adding my shading style over the top by rescanning and adding it as an additional layer.

I am Alice

If I am to create my own wonderland I must first be Alice. There have been many versions of Alice, though the classical imagining is a young girl, blond, wearing a blue dress and white pinafore. In the original telling the character is portrayed as being overly logical and behaving older than her age, whilst in the more recent Tim Burton film she is intelligent, stubborn, brave and not typically 'girly'. All of the well known Alice's are depicting as being of the Victorian era and wearing dresses.

In order to create my own Alice I will take my own features and personality, and attempt to apply this to the style of dress associated with Alice.
